Gameplan Group Limited was founded in 2003 with a very simple function in mind – assist our Global clients to grow their businesses by providing expert services in the areas of Sales Acceleration, Recruitment and Investment. This is a unique approach which covers the three pillars of growth required by most of the clients we have engaged with since inception.

We share the risk with our clients by implementing a mile-stone based strategy to ensure a complete focus on mutually beneficial and pre-agreed targets. Using a results-driven approach, we increase efficiency, productivity and revenue by tailoring these core services to meet the individual needs of our clients.

We provide sales consultancy and develop strategic relationships with key decision makers in your target markets. The Gameplan team will execute against an agreed strategy to increase your market reach and revenue. We also invest in small to medium size technology companies once we have validated their solutions and are confident they are synergistic to the networks we operate within.

We create high performing teams within your organisation by identifying and placing individuals who will deliver against your business objectives from day one. This service has grown organically from our sales consulting business and we pride ourselves on our high level of personal attention, deal closure, and attention to detail in all of our placements.

We provide investment to develop and implement leading solutions within niche markets. With our current focus on data security, we have developed certified solutions that ensure compliance to the Data Protection Act in addition to PCI DSS. All of our solutions are easy to implement and at times require hardly any user intervention as most reporting (such as SAQ A-EP) is automated and the solutions hosted within a secure environment.

Since its inception, Gameplan’s revenue has increased year on year, and in 2008 Managing Director Heinrich van der Westhuizen was selected by the Observer as one of the future 500 Entrepreneurs to watch by a networking group that was started by Courvoisier (Courvoisier Future 500) and published in Observer newspaper.
